From the start of your enquiry, one of our team will work directly with you to achieve the best outcome for your individual situation. They will then work with our designer to fulfill your design brief and liaise with you until an order is confirmed.
Four week turnaround.
Guaranteed.
Once the order is confirmed, all on-field apparel will run to a strict four-week maximum timeframe*. Off-field and training product can range from a two to five-week turnaround*, depending on style constraints. Your Loco representative will always keep you aware of turnaround before any order is confirmed.
*Under normal circumstances. In exceptional circumstances, Loco representatives will clearly communicate expected order duration.

All Loco-produced products are made to order from our factories who deal directly with our in-house production manager. Orders are examined and quality-checked at our Port Melbourne distribution centre before being arriving to you via StarTrack™ tracked delivery.
The process.
From the initial club/design brief we liaise with our design team and have artwork completed and sent back to the club within 24 to 48 hours. Our designers use PMS colour references to ensure the exact colour preferences of each club. If a PMS colour reference cannot be found or supplied to us we are able to send a sample of the colour and have it colour matched at the factory.
Once the design is signed off by the club, the confirmed order is logged with our production manager and sent to the factory for manufacturing.
For all of the orders that are placed, our factories provide design art for our production manager to approve and strike off. Any design errors or blemishes are corrected during the Quality Control process.
Delivery always occurs within a maximum of 4 weeks from the placement of the official order with the factory (this excludes outerwear - Hoodies, Jackets - which is 5 weeks). We self-impose penalties for late delivery of orders. Our Account Managers maintain regular contact with clubs, informing of deadlines for key dates to ensure delivery.
All orders are sent to our warehouse in Port Melbourne where they are sorted and checked off with the original order. Once they are cleared from our warehouse they are dispatched by StarTrack Express or delivered by a LoCo representative.

FAQ's
Which sports can you supply?
Loco began by specialising as an Australian Rules and Netball uniform supplier and we pride ourselves on our experience in these sports, however we are capable of producing apparel for a wide range of sports.
Our staff have over 3 decades of experience in the wider sporting industry and we have used that knowledge to perfect our apparel for a vast array of sports, ranging from Soccer, Rugby and Basketball through to Sailing, Athletics and Horse Racing. At the end of the day, we work with you to provide a bespoke design for your needs.
How long will my order take?
Your order will be completed within four weeks for all items except outerwear, which will be completed in five. Exceptions apply for orders impacted by holidays, including Chinese New Year. Your Loco representative will inform you of any interferences before you place your order.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
All sublimated teamwear orders and re-orders must meet a minimum order of five garments per style.
All embroideries and heat transfers must meet a minimum of 20 applications, however this can be applied across multiple garments.
Blank stock can be ordered with no minimums per style, however please be aware that customisation methods may incur minimums.
Other items or design options may incur minimums per order.
Does it cost more for logos, names and numbers?
On all sublimated teamwear, all designs, logos, names and numbers are applied for no added cost.
For embroidery and heat transferred options, one logo is included in the cost. Additional logos may be applied for $5+GST, and names and numbers can be for $1+GST per digit.
I want an item that I can't find on the site. Is this possible?
Our website reflects our most commonly requested items. If there is an item that you are interested in that you don't see on our website or price list, please contact us. Loco can produce a wide range of items by request.
Is there a bulk order discount?
Loco has a strict nationwide price list to make all ordering as simple as possible, and to remove any confusion regarding pricing. However, we do provide order discounts, starting at 5% off your total order on orders over 150 pieces. Please see our pricing page and contact us for more information.
How can I check sizing?
We have size charts available on our downloads page for all of our standard items that provide a great guide for most items. For more fitted items, there are sizing sets available for selected garments at various locations across Victoria. Please contact us to arrange a two-week loan.
